By accessing or using Local Service Quotes ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Local Service Quotes provides a free marketplace connecting homeowners and property owners ("Users") with local service professionals ("Providers"). We do not employ Providers, guarantee the quality of their work, or warrant any specific outcome of a service engagement. We are a platform for connection, not a party to any service agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information in service requests.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for evaluating and selecting Providers at your own discretion.
• You agree not to submit fraudulent, misleading, or abusive requests.

4. Provider Responsibilities

• Providers must hold all required licenses and carry required insurance in their jurisdiction.
• Providers must provide accurate business information and honest proposals.
• Providers may not contact users outside the Platform without user consent.
• Providers must maintain professional conduct in all platform communications.

5. Limitation of Liability

Local Service Quotes is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: quality of services rendered by Providers, disputes between Users and Providers, or any financial loss resulting from a service engagement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users and Providers may not use the Platform to: submit spam or fake requests, attempt to circumvent the Platform to avoid fees, harass or threaten other users, or engage in any illegal activity.
